Support - Firmware Upgrade

How to upgrade product firmware?

Please check the product firmware version first.
- Please press from the remote to enter SET UP mode and choose Misc » System Info.
- New box will pop out and you can check the details there.
- Please press and from the remote to exist SET UP mode.

For HD-0310, Software Ver: 1.4 or above, please download latest firmware (ver: 1.13) here to you desktop or notebook.
For HD-0311, Software Ver: 1.4 or above, please download latest firmware (ver: 1.14) here to your desktop or notebook.
Upzip downloaded file and we suggest you to use the same folder name of zip file.

Insert memory cards or USB flash drive to your desktop or notebook and copy the firmware folder to memory cards or USB flash drive.

Remove the memory card or USB flash drive from your PC once the firmware folder is copied.
Please power on HD-0310 and HD-0311. Please make sure all cables are connected correctly.
When you insert plug in the memory cards or flash drive to HD-0310 and HD-0311, below screen will comes out as usual.

Please press (movie) button in the remote control, and press to confirm the selection.
A list of folders and files will be shown in the TV. Please choose the firmware folder name and press to continue.

Please select UPDATE.VER file and press to continue.

"Firmware Upgrade" will prompt out, please use OK and press to continue firmware upgrade.

The firmware upgrade is processing and you will see below message from the screen. Please don't switch off HD-0310 or HD-0311 when the firmware upgrade is processing.

After firmware upgrade is completed, HD-0310 and HD-0311 will be reboot and you will see below screen again.

You may check upgraded firmware version as per step 1.
