Q: Can I repeat photos continuously or set photos looping with HD-0310 and HD-0311?
A: Yes, you can repeat photos continuously or set photos looping in HDTV with HD-0310 and HD-0311. To loop the photos, just set picture repeat in the setup menu of HD-0310 and HD-0311. No networking or computer knowledge is required. This photo looping function can be used as photo loop gallery (like digital photo frame) in the wall of your living room; electronic notice board or digital signage for public places like schools and churches; product, service or sales demonstration in retail shops, shopping malls, clinics, restaurants, hotels; slideshow or product presentation in exhibitions, roadshows and promotioinal counters.
Q: Why I don't simply display the photos in HDTV using the HDMI OUT or AV OUT port of my camera or portable hard disk directly instead of using Hi-Den Vision Digital Photo Viewer or Player?
A: With Hi-Den Vision Digital Photo Viewer or Player, it allows you not only viewing photos in HDTV, but also do customization with the remote control when you are viewing the photos, like choosing the transition effect, transition time, zoom in/ zoom out, previous or next photo, photo looping. You can also play your favorite music simultaneously as background music. Hi-DenVision Digital Photo Viewer or Player will bring your additional enjoyment when you are viewing the photos. You can also use it to play video as well.
Q: What is the quality HD-0310 and HD0311 that can support for photos and video sources?
A: For photos, the maximum standard is 1080p Full HD. For video, HD-0310 and HD-0311 supports Standard Definition video source file (up 720 x 576) and up scaling to 1080p output.
Q: Is there a limit to the memory size for the USB device to be used for HD-0310 and HD-0311?
A: USB flash drive support up to 16G. USB HDD (FAT32 Multi-partition) support up to 500G.
Q: Does Hi-Den Vision Digital Photo Viewer/Player supports upscaling for photos and video?
A: There is upscaling for both video and photos. But it can't help to improve the quality.
Q: How is the shipping charges and delivery time?
A: We will charge USD7.99 as the shipping charges to worldwide via registered air mail. The transit time takes around 10-14 business working days.
Q: How is the payment method?
A: We accept credit cards (Visa and Master) and PAYPAL as payment method. If you wish to purchase our products, you will be diverted to the our payment gateway, PAYPAL. If you have paypal account and wish to pay via Paypal, please log-in your paypal username and password to proceed the payment. Q: What should I do if I don't have paypal account for check out?
A: If you don't have paypal payment account, there is no need for you to do any registration. You can simply find a link which mentioned "Don't have a paypal account?" and once you click it, you can simply arrange your credit card (Visa or Master) payment.
Just type in your credit card and billing details and choose "Review Order and Continue". There is no need for you to save your information with Paypal.
